I'm sick of the MSM identifying Lieberman as a prominent Democrat!

I was just watching CNN and they said a err prominent Democrat backed the White House with the CIA torture to foreign country scandal. Sure enough, when they showed the Dem it was Lieberman.

We need to take down this so-called prominent Democrat.

...he IS a "prominent Democrat". Heck, Zell Miller can claim to be a "prominent Democrat" because he gave the DNC keynote in 92. Doesn't matter the issue, they'll always find a "prominent Democrat" (conversely, they rarely seek out "prominent Republicans" that disagree with Bush policies). Sadly, the flavor of the day is far too often named Lieberman.

Remember how surprised we white folk were to see the OJ Simpson decision. We were sitting there going: "gee it seems as if the people on the jury have quite a different view on the Law and what the law is capable of".

I figure those people who are hawks on Israel will be not just drinking the Kool Aid but stirring up batches too. Another group that will go Bush.Don't make a big deal about it - I don't see any other alternative while the final future of Israel is a-happening.

There is no reason why you and I should understand. Disappointing. And I hope we do not loose him because I always like him.

I don't think a man of his empathy will hang with Bush for long. That is how we will win. Human beings always do. Human beings try and make a better world. So the corporate elite *** puppet Bushies will go down in history (and into the fires of ...) I believe.

No point in alienating people like Libermann who were hawkish on Israel before Bush was even an alcoholic.

steady and booming in the 1990s. That was a good long run. I know, I know I do not trust Greenspan anymore.

Libermann has issues I will never understand because I can not live his life.

But that is why Progressives are a big tent party. We do not expect to get 'exactly what we need' every vote. We compromise. We know that living in a democracy means that one group cannot be catered to. So there will always be things that could separate us. And you have to just let go when someone is on the other side.

We Liberals are not fascist or 'of one mind' like the delusional neocon-controlled/fundie/wingnut/rovbots who vote for things that are not in their favor. We know when things are in our favor. For Joe - other needs have come up. I expect him to vote the opposite of how a neocon-controlled/fundie/wingnut/rovbot would vote on every issue. I expect Joe to vote for what is best for him.

And that makes all the difference between the two parties.
