during a fundraising spiel about success stories like "No child left behind", chimpy tried out the new "war on terror" pitch, referring to the "weapons of mass terror". So it has gone from the imminent threat of WMD to WMD's programs to the future potential for program development to promises of a "big surprise" from US inspections team spokesman, David Kay, to a shelved study with no findings of WMD.
All's it takes is for someone, fearlessly, relentlessly, to call him on it.
