STUPID and ILL PREPARED his progeny is for HIS upcoming visit. You know it's similar to a parent going to visit a child's teachers...the parent may want to advise the teacher that Jr is a slow learner and to go easy on him.

Also, I hate, loath and despise ALL things Bush but if we are going to complain about Poppy Bush being in the spotlight then we need to be consistent and complain when Jimmy Carter goes to visit other world leaders. What do DUers say when Jesse Jackson puts himself in the middle of international conflict?

Carlyle Group, though. Or, to bail out a failing son. They go to promote Peace..... If they're doing business deals under the table....I've never heard a whif about it......but Poppy's trip has been written about overseas.....

I think that's the difference. Also, why is Bush so chummy with Putin. He wasn't the Premier of Russia when Evil Poppy was President.....so this is a relationship that has been cultivated recently......
