Do you think that everything they do is intertwined?
For instance, do they intentionally institute NCLB while cutting the funding of it and other educational programs? In essence, setting the kids up for failure.
Then they release a statement that the National Guard is relaxing educational standards to include 9th grade dropouts?
So basically, if they can't pass the stringent tests required by NCLB, they can still join the service at tender ages.
This should be illegal.
These people make me sick.
