Clinton apologized for MK Ultra's excesses - no wacko conspiracy
On the 3rd October 1995 ,President Clinton publicly apologized
to the thousands of people who became victims of MK ULTRA and
other mind-control experimental programs - MK ULTRA did exist.

48. Wow RBHam, looking at this thread reminds me of the thread in Activism
that I've had up for months with links for mind control activists, attorneys and survivors. I kick it up once a month now.

I thought I was the only DUer really interested about the reality of the hidden history of mind control (the manipulation of human perceptions).

People just don't want to hear about it, I guess.

It isn't tin foil, it isn't about space aliens or UFO's it begins with former CIA Director Richard McGarrah Helms proposal to "research" why US and UN POW's made propaganda statements against the Korean War.

I've got a lot of links on this subject and I've killed many threads full of denial and pathetic "debunking" posters about this topic.

President Clinton did indeed apologize for Cold War "excesses" including MK ULTRA.

Thanks for starting this heavily deleted thread, it's good to discuss how this correlates with The War President's recently announced "perception management" plans.
