National Security.
Bush is prepping for a 'cut and run' in Iraq.
He claims we can leave when there are enough trained Iraqi soldiers, we all know this will not be reached by the time he cuts and runs, we also know that the US will be handing off chaos and civil war to the new Iraqi army. The US military(the best armed and trained in the world) cannot bring stability to Iraq, therefore we will hand this over to one of the newest armed forces on the planet...the Iraqi army, and expect them to do what the US military could not.
Actually putting the security of the USA in someone elses hands, something Bush said he would not do.
We need to hammer them on this...
- cut and run - created a national security threat - flip flopped - pullout for politics
History will tell that the Iraq invasion was a huge military blunder...but the blowback from cut and running on this serious threat we have created will be much larger.

If so, check out Don't Think of an Elephant! first chance you get. You've got a great idea, but future Democratic success depends on how well we reframe our campaigns so that voters actually identify with the candidates and not just the issues. Paul Hackett, despite losing this past Tuesday, is learning how to do just that, and he's making Ohio Republicans sweat bullets.
