VILE Scamdy.com deleted by IP, due to VIOLATION OF U.S. LAW

The vile website, Scamdy.com, dedicated to smears of Andy Stephenson and his friends, was removed from the internet several days ago.

From the first minute, the site was built on lies and fraud. It was registered under a stolen identity, in order to point blame at someone who had no connection to it to try to divide our community.

The privacy of individuals was invaded by posting personal photos, home address and phone number info, clearly to incite harassment.

The entire content of the site was lies, misinformation, malicious speculation and hate.

Formal complaints of violation of United States law, falsification of information and abuse were filed.

As a result, the site was removed by the IP on Monday, August 1. No further information can be furnished at this time.

and I've also filed fraud claims against them.

First they blatantly violated the registration information which has to be filled with TRUE AND FACTUAL information, which none of them was, so I filed with WIPO to get them to fix it or lose it.

Apparently they refused to fix it, so they lost it.

Filed with GoDaddy.com and one other hosting provider I forgot..

any ISP would have pulled this site if the 'assertions' were not true. Businesses exist to make money and do not often walk away from revenue. But something like violating a federal law tends to be a bit more important than the profit margin.

And they MIGHT recover from this and get back online depending on how additional action proceeds. But I am not the one who filed this motion. And I have no details of the motion other than what I posted above. The information came came directly from the person who filed the papers with the IP and who the IP replied to when they pulled the site.

However, I filed motions with ICANN over the fraudulent domain registrations, but those are still in progress, and who knows how many months they will take to rule on that? ICANN is swamped with such problems!
