I live out on the prairies just off a Tornado Alley. People around here keep an eye on the weather in the summer.

There's a moment when everything goes really, really quiet. Even the birds stop singing and the crickets shut it down. You look off in the distance and there's this big, green (yes, green) ugly cloud coming.
