I finallllllllllllllllllllllly went to bed

and awoke with (what I thought was) a profound argument regarding charging the cross cruncher under the Texas Hate Crime Act. I got 2 replies--one was his .02 (lol) and the other was you poking when I made sure I didn't.:) However, this post about a low poster has received 14 times more response than my profound--jump out of bed and post moment.

It defines crimes that are motivated by hatred and prejudice.
The statute reads that the Hate Crime offense information falls into eight index crimes, (paraphrased) including intimidation and vandalism.

I have never read the rules and never plan to. If I can't post what's on my mind then let them kick me off. That's my attitude. But don't worry about those rules too much. They are there for folks who are seriously controversial.
