But what do you expect when you appoint two idiots like Brown and Chertoff to run the biggest agency in our government? What do you expect when you underfund the agency. What do you expect when you cut items from the budget like levy repairs? What do you expect from the GOP? The stranded, after mostly black and poor. They don't vote and they don't give money to the GOP.

Remember Reagan's famous quote concerning the poor:

"Let them eat cheese."

That's what you can expect from the compassionate conservatives of the GOP.
