Your fear of "politicizing" a tragedy like hurricane Katrina has actually prevented the Democratic leadership from exhibiting leadership.

The answer to my question is... extend your hand and slap your master in the face.

Which answer begs the following questions:

Where was the Democratic Party during this crises in New Orleans?

Why didn't you come out swinging with both fists as soon as you saw the people's suffering?

Why didn't you tell America what should have been done to help these poor people in New Orleans?

Why weren't you out there screaming for water and food 24/7?

What do you think people mean when they ask the Democratic Party for their "PLAN"?

How would you have shown leadership under these tragic circumstances and why didn't you lay it out for us?

Leading by example and acting on behalf of Americans whose voices were being ignored would have been appreciated.

You just don't get it. And merely expressing yourself on your own little website (preaching to the choir) isn't enough.

Muzzling the Democratic Party for appearances sake isn't helping you and never will. Since when is an honest, open response to a national tragedy politicizing? Since your master... the gop warned you not to politicize it?

Moving the Democratic Party to the right isn't helping you and never will.

And while you have snatched yet another defeat from the jaws of victory... kindly think about firing your PR handlers and use your own voices to speak to America. Stop strategizing and start speaking to America.
