Hear the new BushCo excuse for Corrina, er, Katrina?

The new BushCo excuse for not responding to New Orleans filling up like a bowl, late in the week after the disaster had already occured:

"No one could have imagined what had already happened."

failure. I think that would make a good bumpersticker. Another is one simple word: Worthless. Make sure the W is just like the one on their stickers.
