Just as Miers's praise of * tells me just about all I need to know about her, so did something * did on his first "coronation day." It was raining that day and at some point he was in a grandstand area (which was somewhat covered, I believe), and....and.....and....

HE COULDN'T OPEN AN UMBRELLA!!!!!
