Think I might be guity. Posted the phrase a while back somewhere in the interstices of a thread clebrating the Christmas-like atmosphere that would (theoretically) surround the INDICTMENTS.

Was I really the first? Don't know. It just came to mind while scrolling through the thread. I suppose I could have read it somewhere else first, but I have no recollection of that. At any rate, it sounds like me -- so I'm taking credit till some sort of other claimant or evidence comes forward.

It may turn out that this natural play on words emerged simultaneously in several Skulls at about the same time. Wouldn't be the first time that happened.

Do you think there's a million-dollar book contract somewhere in this? If so, then I definitely TAKE CREDIT.
