| 1. What he is saying is alright, but I don't like the "way" he sounds |
|
Too strident for my nerves.

| 5. that was BY FAR the angriest I've ever heard him, and I listen almost |
|
every night.
he kept getting madder and madder, as he realized just what the implications of his own response to that faux independent thinking caller were.
it was pretty cool, actually. I could sort of see him connecting the dots as he was thinking it out as he spoke.
I agree that he DID sound pretty strident, and maybe shouldn't have called the guy crazy, but I was as POd as he was by the time he finished.
and, everything he said was correct, btw. he's finally realizing, too, the obviousness of C=MI (about which he always disagrees w/Janeane)
Conservatism (RWnut might be a better appellation these days) = Mental Illness has been the subject of hundreds of threads/THOUSANDS of posts at various other forums (Salon Table Talk, Atlantic Monthly, American Prospect), and it centers around the basic tenet that, in order to ascribe to RW 'principles,' one must be able to totally ignore cognitive dissonance, to be able to live comfortably with mutually exclusive explanations for reality...in other words, to function effortlessly as the likes of Kay Bailey Hutchinson

| 6. I am constantly reminded of the men from "The Manchurian Candidate" |

All the Bushies seem to keep reciting the same line.... "George Bush is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I've ever known in my life"
