Why is him not being able to testify a bigger deal than the fact he escaped?

2. Maybe that's the REASON he "escaped"?

Kinda CONVENIENT, dontcha think?

He was about to have a chance to speak in a court,
for the FIRST TIME EVER, and then suddenly it's,
"Oops! He ESCAPED!".

He was going to testify about PRISONER ABUSE;
I bet the military is REALL unhappy that won't happen now. (NOT)

Plus, he might have gotten a chance to talk about
whether or not he really worked for Osama.

Since the former PRESIDENT of Indonesia has PUBLICALLY
said that all the "muslim terrorists" there are actually
puppets of various Intelligence Services,
a so-called #2 might have some very interesting
things to share.

So there's every chance that this guy "escaped" into an unmarked grave.
