Anybody else see the blatant sexism on MSNBC this morning ?

It was on the Imus Show. After Maureen Dowd left, they made comments about "lesbian" and why wasn't she married and so forth. One of Imus' redneck helpers, Bernie what's his name, said something about bending her over and showing her what was "necessary", paraphrasing. It was blatant sexism and MSNBC should not permit such on their network. Maureen did not deserve such comments. She should refuse to go back on that show unless that issue is addressed. She should refuse to go back on, regardless. And she should ask for an apology from the network and Don Imus

16. i missed maureen on but i turned on just when they said that..

i was confused by what they were saying..now i have it in context..i was appalled by what they were sayinf and i thought wow..they are being pigs...then imus went on to say he was going to funerals..or that some children he had at his ranch or something like that had died...

I heard somewhere that Dowd and Douglas were an item. They broke up (never heard if it was on good terms) and he ended up with ABC's Elizabeth Vargas and then Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Vargas ended up with the "Walking in Memphis" singer guy and apparently saw him get shot in the head but live in a carjacking attempt. I think they are married and she was in the minivan.
