Non essential call-up October 16, 2003 Israel Op/ed

I know this is an op/ed piece, but really struck me that Israel is experiencing almost the same EXACT thing as the US with reservist call ups! I thought this might be of interest politically to verify the Israeli/US connection even more solidly.
