| 'Brokeback Mtn' - This weeks NON-STORY |
|
The controversy over this movie is such a fucking joke. The only thing I would have done with this movie had I directed it - I would have casted two out of shape, unattractive men to play the leads. Now, the reaction to that would have been very interesting.
GROW THE FUCK UP AMERICA!

| 1. And the cowboys need to sloppily chew their tobacco |
|
I don't know if they'd be out of shape (kind of hard to get that way working hard all day), but they'd definitely have a nice rivulet of brown juice running down the side of their jaws.

| 5. Actually, the characters in the original short story were described as.... |
|
"At first glance Jack seemed fair enough, with his curly hair and quick laugh, but for a small man he carried some weight in the haunch and his smile disclosed buckteeth, not pronounced enough to let him eat popcorn out of the neck of a jug, but noticeable"
and
"Ennis, high-arched nose and narrow face, was scruffy and a little cave-chested, balanced a small torso on long, caliper legs, and possessed a muscular and supple body made for the horse and for fighting. His reflexes were uncommonly quick, and he was farsighted enough to dislike reading anything except Hamley’s saddle catalogue."
Not exactly Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal, now is it? What can you say, its Hollywood's version. I'll take what crumbs I can get.
