AP) Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta has ordered a review of the Federal Aviation Administration's role in helping U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay track the plane of a Democrat who joined a walkout from the Texas Legislature.

This is precisely why we should not simply trust the administration to "oversee" itself on the wiretaps. Abuse of this power.

My point is more a comparison of Delay's abuse of power to the current situation with Bush. This, along with everything else Bush has screwed up should be enough to give us pause about his intentions on this policy.
