He just referred to the Shrub "tax cuts" as "tax deferral", because as long as we're borrowing money to finance the tax cuts, we're going to have to raise taxes to pay that money back eventually. It's perfect - it's a way to frame our opposition to the tax cuts that can't be easily dismissed as "class warfare".
