It was the other 50 Senators that voted with him. They are the ones we need to put on the list for a block of coal this Christmas. That would be my wish. That people would awaken and throw each and every one of the bastards out of the Senate and then pass a law that they could not work as a lobbyist for 10 years after leaving government...

Those that put him in the position to break the tie need to be held accountable. They need to get reelected - Cheney doesn't.
