my husband and I were watching her on Chris Matthews. This was before she became a household name. She was foaming at the mouth about Monica then. My husband said that he thought she was mentally unbalanced, because of her mannerisms. He also said that he couldn't believe anyone that stupid was a lawyer. Couple of things about trial lawyers, whether Prosecutor of Defense, they are essentially actors on a stage w/a guaranteed audience. The stakes can be high, so those that are better prepared, and with a command of presence and language can often prevail, even though their case may be tenuous at best. Just like a good actor knows when and how to deliver a line for maximum effect, the lawyer is adept at this as well. Another difference between an actor and a ham is that an actor knows that when the point is made, he can become silent.

Many years ago, they were paid "by the word", so was born "legalese". Long writs, papers, decisions and complaints became the norm, and the populace, being basically ignorant of Latin, Greek and "Olde English" were duped into
paying for a document, like a Will, that essentially said "I give all to my spouse", into something that could be bound and gilded and moved only with a forklift...:)

Coulter is a psychologists dream/nightmare...an egotist that is so slovenly in her own delivery of her "product" that the instability of her mental faculties is obvious to even the novice.
