Does anyone know the Bill # passed in the House last week

that reduced medicare funding and the student loan program? I've been searching to find what the bill actually says, but I can't find it.

2. It is going back to the House

When the Senate changes anything coming from the House it has to go back and be voted on again. We still have a chance when Congress comes back to defeat this bill. This was called the Budget Reconciliation Bill, I don't know if it is still called that.

3. Thank you so much for the help.

A friend is visiting me from Pa. for the holidays and is terribly confused by the Medicare program and said she heard there were changes in that bill but she didn't know what the changes were. I'm trying to help her out, but was having a terrible time finding the info without a bill #.

I guess we'll have to pay close attention next week!
