Blue Roofs not a good mix with fireworks
The latest potential crisis facing south Louisiana is New Years Fire Works being used around houses with blue roofs, which happen to be flammable. Many homes in south Louisiana and south Mississippi have the blue roof tarps on them awaiting permanent repair. How many will go up in flames by folks celebrating the New Year?

we had a SHINGLE roof catch on fire from neighboring fireworks.
