As much as we hate it, he is 100% within his rights to spew that garbage.

The religious comments however, and many other outrageously offensive comments he's made, should cause uproar enough to take him off the air. But that is because they are offensive to the target audience. Go along with the propaganda is exactly what the faux news viewers want, so I doubt he considers that a negative. Showing intolerance for others religion, however, and then denying it, can definitely be a catalyst for viewers to take offense.
