Poll question: Should we ban obesity-related lawsuits?

What I mean by this is, specifically, should we have a federal law banning lawsuits against fast-food joints like McDonald's and Burger King because of a someone's obesity?

1. No type of lawsuit should be banned

While I think these lawsuits are generally a crock I don't believe legislation should be used to protect special interest groups from the people.

3. You never know how the law might be worded

The law might include many potential lawsuits that would have basis. Besides, if the law suit is actually frivolous, corporations have nothing to worry about.
