In conjunction with WPHT and the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels School of Government, PoliticsPA will be tracking turnout on Election Day on an hourly basis in targeted divisions across Philadelphia.

I'm almost at the point where I'd wager money that Katz re-joins the Democratic Party in the next year.

In their classic rats-on-a-skinking-ship style, the PA GOP hung his lily white ass out to dry. It's my contention that The Bug was an "experiment" the White House tried to see how well it would work.

It didn't.
