| Is Bush 'Slipping" the Noose or Is It Tightening?? |
|
Edited on Wed Jul-23-03 06:33 PM by Starpass
What's your take........I have my good moments and my bad........... You know the "drill"; you know the stuff that's been happening in the news over the past couple weeks as he is under attack and you know about "the two-bros BBQ'd in Iraq" and Clinton kissing the Don's ring. The good news/the bad news. Seriously, right at this moment, which way is this goddamn dizzy whirlpool swirling????---and (from a true check of your brain and your gut), will the whirlpool ever finally suck Bush from office in '04??????

| 3. I'd say their closer to 40 percent at this point |
|
Starpass, I was kind of worried that the sons' killings might sweep Nigergate away but I'm not worried now.

| 4. StopThief---actually the odds of him "going" in '04 |
|
..are dependent on like 30% of the voters!!---you know the flakes who kind of float around and vote for whomever's commercial trips their trigger right before they go out to vote!! About 33% will definitely vote Dem; about 33% will definitely vote Repuke. It's those 30% who basically don't know their ass from a hole in the ground that need to be charmed up to the voting booth curtain. (p.s.---in the 33% for Dem/Repuke respectively, I include many who claim to be "independent" but will lean in certain direction).

I'm convinced that the average 'mrkin likes to see ass-kicking done to brown people. When actually faced with a lever to pull in 2004 I have no doubt that the vast majority of these fine upstanding patriotic turds will remember all the ass-kicking and all the killing and all the shock and awe and the lack of blow-jobs in the WH and enthusiastically pull that lever for Bush.
I REFUSE to have hope until there is something MORE than wishful thinking on which to pin it. I'll have HOPE when there's mass demonstrations on a continuing basis and Bush's poll numbers are in the 40s. Until then the sheeple are still in his corner.
The citizenry is for shit. They are incurious, evil assholes.

| 6. I would feel much better if Chaney's Energy task Force and 911 had |

some dots connected. But then again, if knew the "real truth:....could we handle it?

| 7. Methinks a better analogy would be attack by piranhas. . . |
|
Instead of one great white shark, * has to contend with several dozen piranhas.
Nibble, nibble, nibble. Drip, drip, drip.

| 8. Several weeks ago on "The Guy James Show", John Dean |

Said that this would not be overwith in a few days or few weeks. He said if it was going to happen it would take many weeks or months to completely play out. Just like Watergate was a drip...drip...drip...
