tune in to abc /peter jennings, he seems sorta fair.

9. I always wondered why everyone hated Tweety so much.

To tell you the truth I used to watch Hardball alot. Tweety's voice is grating, but I always felt he was quite knowedgeable in terms of history and he was a speech writer for Carter, but...

then I got tired of seeing those repug "criminals" on...G. Gordon Liddy; Newt Gingrich; Ollie North etc., so I stopped watching.

I did however watch him on OTHER programs as a commentator and he was a completely different person, talking pretty damn liberal and in your face with thought-provoking facts.

Then the notion of war in Iraq came up and I tuned in again (not every day), but Tweets was against this war from Day ONE. So now I am starting to watch again, since he has gotten his conscience back.

As an aside, I have emailed him about 4 times in the past and he emailed me back with a personal email. Seriously, okay - so it was over a year ago, but it was personal...saying "hey, we think alike."

Tweety drives me nuts sometimes, but he's not the complete 'ho everyone thinks he is.
