The RNC Chair, Bob Gilespe, said on NBC News tonight that Bush's records are available under the Texas FOI act. I am pretty sure that is utterly false. Do any of you have any proof. Thanks.

and when last reported prior to his taking the WH, they were in the GHWBush library.
on edit: the widely reported belief was that they were sent there to keep them "private"---no one complained at this illegal hijacking of state records 'cause hell, its only George...

Has your husband ever asked for records and been rejected? I would love to be able to send them a paper showing the man lied. Maybe we could even get a correction.
