they control the White House, the Senate, the House, and the Supreme Court. Those SOBs have so much more power than the Dems yet they continue to whine and cry "foul" when the Dems do anything to criticize them or to halt their self-centered agenda. What a bunch of wussies. The irony is that they accuse the left of being whiners.

Sadly, I think that they somehow remain convinced of this -- that they are in the heat of a pitched battle that could tip to the "liberals" at any moment. They are disciplined, ruthless, aggressive, and will stick together.

In their deluded world, the media is "liberal," "Godless liberals" are trying to undermine their every freedom, "big government" is sucking up their tax dollars, etc.

The right wing is like a rich man who cannot believe that he is wealthy, so he lives on the cheap. The right wing will not concede that they hold most of the marbles. For them, the fight is always in dispute, and it is never-ending. This is the measure of our enemy. Even if beaten next November, he will never go away.

The progressive left must become equally determined and disciplined. And if *we* don't stick together also, the big picture is not very pretty.
