Need help from Military Veterans

On a previous post, I was informed that Clinton did not give military personnel pay raises "for years." I served in the military every year during the 90's and received a pay raise every year. Am I now in trouble? Will I have to repay the raises because, in freeper world, I really didn't get them since Clinton was so anti-military? Any assistance you may provide will be greatly appreciated.

2. Pay raise every year under Clinton

Only years (in the last many) that I know about was during Carter years - no pay raise until the very end of his term and then it was all given in one year - biggest in history as I recall but Reagan probably got credit for it but it was Carter.
