I was walking past the Noble Fool on the way in this morning when I noticed an ad for this play: "In this 1910 Carl Sternhaim farce adapted by Steve Martin, a man attempts to keep his wife at home after her underpants fall to her ankles in the middle of town." Sounds intriguing, no? http://entertainment.metromix.chicagotribune.com/top/1,1419,M-Metromix-Stage-noblefoolstagepromo!EventDetail-112706,00.html:silly:

| 2. Sounds like Art Frahm... |
|
Bizarro artist who liked to paint pictures of women in public places with their underpants around their ankles. Here's a sample picture: and a link: http://www.lileks.com/institute/frahm/indexmain.html

| 3. My friend's dear Mom, who had alzheimers had an episode |
|
that we all still laugh about today..
Many years ago, when she was still sort of lucid,(she was in her 80's) all the kids (8 of them)took her out for Mother's Day Brunch..
As they are waiting in the foyer to be seated, Mom is standing there talking to them all, and the hostess says..
"We can seat you now".. They all head across the dining room towards their table.. Well , Mom's underpants fell down, and without missing a step, she stepped out of them and kicked them aside, and just kept on walking...
The kids were freaked out..Right there in the middle of a packed restaurant.. My friend calmly walked over, picked them up, and steered her Mom to the restroom to put them back on..Apparently no one had noticed that Mom had lost some weight, and her underwear was just too big for her..:)
Everyone in the place was polite and did not laugh, but it was impossible to miss..

| 4. Acting? Nah I don't have the legs for it |
|
Although I was once in a local production of "Our Twon" when I was a kid, but then who wasn't.
The movie version of the underpants play will star Mike Myers and be called "So I married and exhibitionist".
