Single digit sizes BAYBEE!!!

Many of y'all have been following my weight-loss odyssey and have provided a ton of moral support and I just wanted to share my good news. I'm sitting here, typing this, in a pair of size 8 jeans. WOOHOO!!!

I've never been in single digit sizes. I went straight from girl's sizes into a women's 11 or 13 (been a long time and I don't remember which). I'm smaller today than I was in junior high. Oh my GAWD!

Anyway, if I'm bouncy today and more obnoxiously chipper than usual...this is why. :)

Thanks. There's still work to do. I thought when I started over 2 years ago that a size 8 was the eventual goal. Now that I'm here I have to reassess what to do next. :)

Getting to the Dem convention in Boston is a bigger priority at the moment. But if I can swing it I'll try to go to NYC too. It's just hard on a State employee salary. :(

I'm about 5'8". Not skinny either though. 41"-31"-40" I work out a lot so there's a fair amount of muscle now too. :)

Lord knows I was bad some over Memorial Day weekend while I was home visiting the parents. You just have to get back to being good afterwards. :) Anytime you need moral support you just give me a holler.
