| I think I've found a cure for hangovers...... |
|
A toasted brie and ham sandwich with plenty of tabasco + Garlic, Ginger & Chilli sauce......
Toast it until the cheese is running out the sides.
Seriously, I thought I'd die this morning but it's done the trick! Hoorah!
I mean, I only invited 3 friends over for a Sunday roast yesterday, and it turned into a 6 hour drinking session......Marvellous.
God knows how I got to work this morning.

If you can put up with the toxic-orange(tm) colour. Full of all the nutrients a growing boy needs - well sugar & caffeine - but it does the job for me.

| 3. I worked up in Scotland for a while....... |

the drinks machine at the office dispensed Regular or "Diet" Irn Bru, and you're completely right - nothing sorts your stomach out quite like the toxic shock of a luminous, obscenely carbonated drink!
Made in Scotland from girders? From nuclear waste more like!

The only real cure for a hangover is not to drink. But that is just me.
Ahhh, but when I lived over there, I did so love the ritual of Sunday Lunch. The memories of lunch at The Anchor Hotel, Church Sq., Shepperton, with pre-prandial pints at the King's Head, across the square...memories. What happy stuff.
What pissed as a Newt stuff, too. ;-)
