6. Get a bigger hammer

I've told this story before, but what the hell.

I had a cow-orker whom I was supposed to be supervising and training.

One time, I was crawling under a desk trying to fix someone's computer. She was top-side handing me things. I called out "get a bigger hammer" - and she's wondering :wtf:

A few weeks later I wanted to break apart a cabinet on wheels and salvage the bottom for a cart. I went downstairs to the mechanical shop and got a sledgehammer and a 6 foot crowbar. A different cow-orker ran up to me and said "no, it can't be that bad, surely it's fixable".
