The worst Web Hosts I've ever encountered.

I need a little Sympathy.

After 4 weeks of trying to get "Registerfly" (a Web-Hosting company)
to configure a domain name for one of my customers, I'm certain I
have been to La La land.

I won't bore you with the details but it's been the proverbial nightmare. A small example:

I E-mailed them the last time (after 12 times..AGGG!) with a very polite question and pointed out that they still (after 4 weeks) had not resolved the Domain name...(to their servers)

Their answer: You can add SQL to your site by going to your control panel at XXXXXX. We are glad your site is up and running and wish you
much business.

My calm logical response (in my mind) was WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???

Multiply this times 12 and you understand why I going to the
Funny Farm where Life is beautiful and I can weave the pretty,
pretty baskets all day long....la, la, la, la, la....

1. Ya gotta do it yourself

All web hosts suck, or are soon bought out and begin to suck.

If you don't have enough sites to make a dedicated server, there's lots of people that band together and go in on a dedicated.
