Today I quit my job because it's so stressful. I'm also hoping to sell my house so I used one of those citrus-based orange cleaners. I had a horrible headache before cleaning the cabinets, and after doing that and getting a snootful of citrusy goodness my headache's gone!

But could it also have been the fact that by moving your muscles and focusing on the thoughts of cleaning rather than those things that were stressing you out, that possibly that helped your headache to go away? That usually works for me. I get up move my muscles and thus teach and direct my brain away from the stresses and anxieties that seen to cause me great distress. - - Dr. Whistle
