The policy of the Dead has always been that trading is no longer permissibile once there is a legitimate commercial source for a performance (i.e. the Dicks Picks series, those shows are no longer legally able to be traded, etc.).
Being that this is a legitimate commercial source, this could potentially kill trading permanently.
If they handle this the same way, all those shows that are currently downloadable at the archive, livedead.com and other places would no longer be available. Personally I don't like that thought at all.
