I am only watching the opening ceremonies because my husband digs it so he has it on.
Ok question, how do you think the American athletes will be received? And if you weren't American, would you dislike us?

Not all Americans support this crazy imperialism we've begun. Hell, I got so pissed about it, I finally broke ties with my Republican past and registered Dem so I can at least bitch (and contribute what little I can).

I don't think people are thinking about politics tonight in Athens. Athenians seem so caring and nice.
