Poll question: Better Olympics - Winter or Summer?

It's figure skating vs. gymnastics.

It's basketball vs. hockey.

It's curling vs. EVERYTHING ELSE.

I, of course, think Curling is the greatest sport ever invented. So my money goes with the Winter games.

What say you, loyal viewer?

1. I like them both equally

I can't really pick one over the other. There are sports in each that I could care less about (hockey and most track & field), sports that I follow passionately in both (figure skating & gymnastics), and sports that I don't watch over the course of the year but enjoy seeing during the Olympics (swimming and the skiing events).

The thing is, the reason I'm such an Olympics junkie has less to do with sport (although that is great to watch :)) and has more to do with the pagentry and spirit of the Games. So I really like them both.

I do wish they hadn't changed it so that they happen every 2 years though...somehow they're not as special as they used to be. Every 4 years it was like Christmas came twice a year. Now it's kinda like, "What, the Olympics AGAIN?!"

Any true sports fan would much rather see a skier crash at 70mph.
