Did anyone hear about a gold medal controversy (gymnastics)?

Something about a Korean and the U.S. guy? It seems there was some kind of judging error and the concensus is the U.S. guy should Xerox his medal for the Korean (or something like that).

Did anyone hear anything about this?

BTW, the South Koreans were also bitching about the speed skating results at the 2002 Winter Olympics. I wonder what makes a country so paranoid? I mean, they're not a powerhouse, but have they been that trampled on in their history where EVERYTHING is one big conspiracy against them?
