6. The US won on a couple touchy calls at the end

It was very close..

the second to the last point, someone in the crowd blew a whistle and the Greek team stopped play but the US didn't - point to the US.

The last play there was a question as to whether or not the US team touched the net....

I hate it when things end like that when there's a bit of doubt.

oh well. I'll just have to make sure I get on a ship that goes to Greece now :evilgrin:

In the basketball arena, whistles are going off constantly. Since they're forbidden in NBA arenas, our players had to get used to it.

Tough for the Greeks, but them's the breaks.

As for the net, it was so close. I think they netted as the ball landed out of bounds.

of the hot Greek Men's Volleyball team, with no success. There was only one of yesterday's game and it didn't do them justice so I didn't post it.
