Help! I can't get my profile to take---

It says that I've disabled it,which I haven't.

I've tried to update it 3 times but it still won't take.

Any help would be appreciated.

3. Back out to the Lobby, scroll to the top, choose Options

Choose Edit your preferences
Scroll to Hide your profile
Check No.
Scroll to the bottom and hit Update to confirm
If this doesn't work, post in Bugs/Features, not Ask the Admins.
