Are you a "finished product" or a "work in progress"?

I'm definitely a "work in progress".

1. The day I am finished is the day I die.

2. At 23, I assumed I was the finished product...

A few years later, I know I'm a work in progress.

I was a know-it-all who knew nothing at 23.

I still know nothing, but at least I know that now.

A perpetually evolving work in progress here. I let myself stagnate far too long in my 20's- not exactly being entirely true to my inner self. Lots of evolving to make up for right now. :D

These days it feels like I'm losing ground in just about every parameter.

My swing states are hysterical anger and near-catatonic depression.

But that's just me.

The kids are bigger than I am. I've had my 15 minutes. I'll never have a job as exciting as my previous one. I've got nothing to look forward to.....I'm wasted space.

10. I'm a work in progress

I know that I don't know everything that I need to learn about life. I have not approached my true potential. I would be majorly depressed if I thought that I was a finished product too. I tend to use the term "dynamic character" though.
