Plus the British pronunciation of "iodine." Americans mostly say "eye-oh-dyne," which I've never understood. Why say "fluorine," "chlorine," and "eye-oh-dyne?" It's "eye-oh-deen." But I really like accents of all kinds and find them charming, not off-putting. Regional and national variations in pronunciation help to make English the awesome language that it is. :D
