Local FOX isn't broacasting Atlanta/San Fran game in Hi Def...Conspiracy?

1. Fox in general has been way behind in HDTV

ABC amd CBS seem to have almost all their football games in HiDef but Fox Sports seems iffy - out Seattle outlet (Ch 13) doesn't have much HDTV content either.

2. Fox has a HDTV signal from the game, but the local affiliate, while

broadcasting hi def signals is not using the hi def, but the standard signal. The local cbs was broadcasting earlier games in 5.1 dolby high def which makes the games so much more enjoyable.
