How do I vote in a Primary?

Tomorrow is Minnesota's Primary, and I was wondering, how do I go about in voting in it? Do I have to be a registered Democrat? If so, how do I register?

This is my first primary ever to be involved in.

1. Depends on you state

rules. We have a primary tomorrow too in NY, here you have to register with a party.

rules vary from state to state.
