| What do you want to be your legacy? |
|
When it's all said and done, what do you want to be remembered for?
Personally, I'm trying to get that second novel written by my 30th birthday... curious what kind of things other people are doing.

benevolent god is worshipped, for those who must worship.
You can't change the world without changing god. Anything that's fucked up, there's a fucked up version of God in there somewhere.

Would be god just the same. Or would we worship just the name? Jehovah, he's the one No Ala, he's the one And some say it His son.
But the truth is all of that the native man knew that The Great Spirit was his name and being all was his game.

| 7. For making better somehow, the lives I am able to touch. |
|
I mean, there's different degrees to this, people I love or once loved (on all levels and definitions), people I helped with my work (and future work), acquaintances, and just strangers I hold a door for or some other little random act of kindness. I'm no saint (though I usually try to do the 'right' thing, but sometimes it's hard to exactly know what really is the 'right' thing at times), but I'd like to think that for me, this is what life is really about- positive connections made with our fellow humans. It means something. The world can be a tough place and good connections can make it better. :)

| 9. That I was a genuinely nice guy, and made people smile... |
|
That I eased some burdens and anxieties in others with the gift of laughter, and that I helped make life a bit easier for those in difficult straits. That I didn't always put myself first, but also knew how to enjoy life.
That suits me.

| 10. Being kind to my family and friends--the pebble in the pond. |
|
I hope that every time I am kind to my parents, my family and friends, my boyfriend, and my eventual children, that moment of kindness means maybe they will smile at someone else, or help someone, and that person will be kind to someone else.
So my first priority every day is to try to spread kindness. Sappy, I guess, but it's true. I don't always succeed, believe me! But I try.
